Overall experience was worth it and service was good. Professional, friendly, and attentive staff. Had a bone in my unagi that stuck into my gum which was unpleasant. Other than that, the unagi was really soft.. wont really feel the bones (unless it pierced into your gum). The tamago was really nice. Surprisingly i find the rice was really tasty. Haha. Be prepared to spend a fortune! It cost about 5-8k yen per person. Was definitely a once in a lifetime thing for me. If i had to eat it again, would do it in local stores which would be 3-4k range.

7th generation Unagi restaurant! Fluffy and melts in your mouth. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Expensive but worth it.

Restaurants has 2 entrance, front and back.You have to write your name on booking sheet at front entrance and wait until waitress call your name. FYI No English Menu.

You can already get a full unagi (eel) bento (set meal) here for around 3700 JPY. So tasty and so filling. Make sure to try the Japanese way of eating wherein you move some of the rice and eel on another bowl, add condiments, add the tea, then mix, to get the full experience! The staff although cannot converse in English, are so patient with explaining and entertaining our request. Had a wonderful experience!
